Shipping Policy

The Fluffy Doodle ships worldwide via our print-on-demand fulfillment partner (Printify). Because every product is made-to-order, your order goes through two stages: production and shipping.
1. Production Time
Production begins after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Typical production time is 2–7 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, sales) production may take a few extra days.
2. Shipping Time
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Estimated transit times:
- United States: 3–10 business days
- Canada: 5–15 business days
- United Kingdom and Europe: 7–15 business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of world: 10–30 business days
Total time = production time + transit time. Most U.S. orders arrive within 2 weeks of placement.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and shipping method. Free shipping promotions are advertised on the storefront and applied automatically when you qualify.
4. Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.
5. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address exactly as you enter it. If you notice an error, contact info@fluffydoodle.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office first; most "missing" packages turn up within 48 hours. If the package is genuinely lost or arrived damaged, contact info@fluffydoodle.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
7. Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes are NOT included in the price you pay at checkout. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are determined by your country's customs office. Refusing a package due to unexpected customs fees does not entitle you to a refund.
8. Multiple Items, Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. This is normal. You'll receive a tracking email for each shipment.
