Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 8, 2026

Because every The Fluffy Doodle product is made-to-order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or sizing mistakes. Please double-check size charts and product details before ordering.

What We Will Refund or Replace

We will refund or replace items that arrive with:

Manufacturing defects (misprints, ink errors, missing print, printing on the wrong location, color significantly off from the listing image)
Damage in transit (torn fabric, broken zippers, water damage, package crushed in shipping)
Material differences from the listing (wrong product, wrong size, wrong color received vs. ordered)

How to Request

Within 30 days of delivery, email info@fluffydoodle.com with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the defective or damaged item showing the issue
A short description of the problem

We respond within 2 business days. If approved, we will issue either a full refund to your original payment method OR a free replacement (your choice). You do not need to ship the original item back unless we specifically ask.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

What We Don't Refund

Items returned outside the 30-day window
Items damaged by misuse, washing instructions not followed, or normal wear and tear
Sizing complaints when the size chart was available at time of purchase and the size received matches the size ordered
Custom or personalized items (unless defective)

Cancellations

You may cancel an order before production begins (typically within 6 hours of placing the order) by emailing info@fluffydoodle.com. Once production has started we cannot cancel; the standard refund process above applies.
